2-day theoretical-practical course

Dr. Luís María Ilzarbe and Dr. Carlos Pérez Roig

The objective of the course is to provide tools to optimize photographic and smile design techniques , enabling us to obtain excellent photographs with smartphones or DSLRs (reflex cameras), which will improve communication with our patients and optimize our communication with the laboratory to achieve high-precision wax-ups for an ideal mock-up.

The course is aimed at general dentists , specialists in dental aesthetics and auxiliary clinic staff.

Objectives

Gain the benefits of dental photography without the cost or complexity of professional equipment
Take good extra-oral and intra-oral photographs using a smartphone along with a calibrated light source (MDP-mobile dental photography)
Learn digital smile design or DSD (Digital Smile Design)
Increase the ability to effectively plan renovations and improve the ability to communicate the requirements for accurate waxing to our technician
To transmit our design to the mouth through a "mock up", being able to show our patient the three-dimensional preview of their future smile
