Cancellation policy

Official cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration for the chosen program will be permitted provided the student notifies us in writing up to 30 days before the first day of the program start date. In this case, 50% of the registration or reservation fee will be refunded, with the remaining 50% retained by Autran Dental Academy for management and administrative fees. For periods of less than 30 days, no refunds will be issued for registration or reservation fees. However, in justified cases, 50% of the reservation already paid will be applied to the registration for another course, with the remaining 50% retained by Autran Dental Academy for management and administrative fees. Autran Dental Academy reserves the right to cancel a student's registration if they have not paid the full amount of the program fee within 30 days of the course start date, or within the established deadlines for courses with specific payment plans. Requests for refunds made after the course start date will not be accepted.

 Autran Dental Academy reserves the right to change program dates for justified reasons, in which case the cancellation policy deadlines will be applied to the new communicated dates.

*For funded courses, for obvious reasons, once the student signs the funding agreement, there is no right to any refund. However, changes to the course date will be considered, whenever possible, and with at least one month's notice. 

Changes in the call: Changing the course edition will incur an administrative fee of €300 if notice is given less than 30 days before the course start date. *Requests to change the course edition for medical reasons or reasons of force majeure will be evaluated by the organizers.

Cancellation policy for special courses (one day and single payment)

For periods of less than 30 days, no refund will be issued. However, in justified cases, 50% of the amount paid will be considered as part of the reservation for another course, with the remaining 50% retained by Autran Dental Academy for management and administrative fees. 

*For funded courses, for obvious reasons, once the funding agreement has been signed by the student, there will be no right to any type of refund. 

VISA or MASTERCARD credit card

  • We guarantee that each of the transactions carried out in AUTRAN DENTAL ACADEMY it is 100% safe. All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. AUTRAN DENTAL ACADEMY uses a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.
  • Likewise, your credit card information is not stored in any database but goes directly to the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).
  • Additionally, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). This way, if you are the holder of a “secured” card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD card in our store.
  • In the event that your card is not attached to this payment system, AUTRAN DENTAL ACADEMY Payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card will only be accepted from customers with proven seniority and reliability.
  • In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card. VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
  • Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and AUTRAN DENTAL ACADEMY will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

Minimum age restriction

We do not sell products to minors. The products we sell must be purchased by adults. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend any courses offered by Autrán Dental Academy

Provision of services

Autrán Dental Academy guarantees the reservation of places on the same day of registration, for all those confirmed before 18:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time), provided there is availability and unless they are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, in which case the requested registration will be processed on the first business day after the day of registration.

Please note that delivery times are calculated in business days and may be affected by local or national holidays. And remember, if your payment method is bank transfer, your order will not be shipped until we receive bank confirmation of the transfer.

In the case of registration, it will be understood as a pre-registration and will be confirmed via email by Autrán Dental Academy as soon as possible, where the availability of places will also be indicated and yours confirmed.

Autrán Dental Academy reserves the right to cancel the course purchased regardless of what is stated on these pages, and provided that it does not cause obvious harm to the client.
